- £2000 Golden Hello for eligible nurses - From April 2017 a payment of up to £2000 will be paid to new staff joining Barchester in a qualified nursing/ clinical role, who have applied direct or have been referred by a Barchester employee. A £500 payment is made after successful completion of probationary period. A payment of £500 is made after 12 months. £1000 will be paid after two years continuous service with Barchester.
